IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT RETURNING ITEMS
Return shipping charges apply to all our customers and may vary.
For a successful return, all items must be reported to our customer service within 30 days of receipt. If this is not done in time, we will unfortunately not be able to process the return.

Note: Our business address is not a return address. Returns to this address are void and will not be eligible for a refund. Please use the correct return address found in our return instructions or contact customer service.
DEFECTIVE ITEM
If you have received a defective item, please contact our customer service immediately and provide the following information:
- Your order number
- The damaged item
- A description of the defect
- Photo evidence of the defect
If your package is damaged upon delivery, please take a photo and send it immediately to our customer service.
Damaged package claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery date. Without proof of damage from a customer service team member, we are unable to issue a refund, credit, or replacement.
RECEIVED WRONG ITEM
In the unlikely event that you have received the incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately and provide the following information:
- Your order number
- The name of the item you should receive
- The name of the item you received
- A photo of the item received
COLLECTION POINT AND REFUSED ORDERS
If an item is sent to a collection point and you do not collect it within the agreed time, we will consider this as a refusal of the order.
For refused packages, return shipping charges apply, which includes the cost of return shipping and processing the item(s) in your order. The restocking fee is €12 per item, plus the shipping fee of PostNL in the Netherlands or BPost in Belgium, which is €7.95.
If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier or otherwise defective, a replacement product will be shipped free of charge.
RETURN CONDITIONS AND GUIDELINES
- All returned items must be in the original plastic packaging.
- We are not responsible for the cost of returning the item.
- Please ensure that all returned goods are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Please ensure all returns are sent via a trackable, insured service as we cannot accept responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit.
- Our business address is not a return address. Returns to this address are void and will not be eligible for store credit.

RETURNS
If the customer wishes to return the product due to incorrect purchase, sizing issues or changed preference, actual return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Costs
When you choose to return an order, we will charge a fee. The return shipping fee is €20.95, plus a €12 surcharge per item for processing costs. We kindly ask you to inform us if you want to make a return and send us a photo of the return label immediately. This helps us ensure that your return is processed safely and correctly.
Why do we charge processing fees?
When we receive a return, potential customs charges may be incurred. The exact charges vary per order and can be significant, especially depending on the size of the returned items. We are responsible for customs charges up to €12. Any charges exceeding this amount will be passed on to the customer. Proof of customs charges will be provided in such cases. It is necessary for us to charge this €12 processing fee to cover our operational costs, including unsellable clothing, logistics, repacking and other incidental expenses.

However, to qualify for a refund under this warranty, any defects or faults must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery of the product. This will allow us to quickly verify your report and take appropriate action to resolve the issue.
Should you notice any defects or faults in the product within this period, please contact us via the website. Our team will handle your report quickly and efficiently and, if necessary, process the refund according to our applicable terms.
