Shipping Policy

What is the delivery time?

Depending on where a product is manufactured, different products have different delivery times.

Your order and all payments must be reviewed and approved before shipping, which may take several days. To prevent credit card fraud, orders requiring additional verification or orders with incorrect payment information may be delayed or declined. Once funds are submitted and approved, you can expect your item to ship within 3-5 days.

Once the order has been shipped, delivery can take 6-8 business days depending on where the shipment is coming from. Once the purchase has been shipped, you will receive more details via email.

The days mentioned above are estimates only. Although Lowie & Liv will make every effort to deliver your order on time, we cannot be held responsible for events beyond our control, such as required postal or customs procedures, holidays, extreme weather conditions, labor disputes, protests, etc. These disruptions may cause delivery times to be longer than expected.

What are the shipping costs?

To keep the costs for the consumer as low as possible, we always offer free delivery. To ensure that the consumer is always aware of the expected delivery date, all shipments are delivered with a Track & Trace function.

Entered the wrong address?

It is the consumer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct. As we work hard to process orders as quickly as possible, it is unlikely that an incorrect delivery address can be changed. If you believe that you have entered the wrong delivery address, please contact us immediately.

Has your shipment been lost or stolen?

We do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages. The parcel service is responsible for the shipment once it has left the warehouse. Please let us know 14 days after the scheduled delivery date if your Track & Trace indicates that the package has arrived at your address, but you have not yet received your order.
